DELMAK Flap Discs are created by overlapping coated abrasives flaps and attaching them firmly over a cloth backing to form a fan like configuration, thus creating a design that provides a cooler running, longer lasting disc. A very consistent finish is provided during life of the disc because new layers of abrasive are constantly being exposed. These Discs are specifically recommended for high stock removal on stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and Wood.
